Openstone is a french fintech platform democratizing access to financial products (private equity, alternatives funds) that were traditionally reserved for large portfolios. By opening up alternative real estate investments and private capital markets, we're offering high-yield and portfolio diversification opportunities previously unavailable to the general public.
Le Role
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in back-end development, ideally with Ruby on Rails, and front-end development with JS ( better if experienced with ReactJS and React Native, any other experience in a JS framework is good).
- The ability to technically communicate effectively, and collaborate with non-technical teams.
- A passion for solving complex problems and a keen interest in developing scalable systems, focusing on their continuous improvement and solidification.
- Leadership qualities, a team spirit, and a commitment to excellence.
- Focus on scalability, then on improvements.
Location and Work Arrangement:
The position is based at Station F in Paris, France, but we offer flexible working arrangements allowing for remote work up to 2-3 days per week. This balance ensures that while you have the freedom to work from where you feel most productive.
