Tech skills
- You love Rails, you can work on the front end with ease, but you really feel at home in the back end side
- You can’t live without tests
- You love and write legible, maintainable code, and document when necessary (but of course, you prefer self-explanatory code!)
- The code you write is intended to serve real life and real people. And you always keep this in mind.
- Rails is a quite conservative framework, but it’s still alive. That’s why you have to keep up-to-date. You are also curious about new and alternative technologies.
Soft Skills
- you have an environmental /ecological mindset
- English skills: enough to make good naming choices, and communicate with the rest of the team (mostly native french speakers, but we all more or less speak English). Our daily meetings will be in English if you’re not confident enough with French.
- Spanish: for this position, we would like someone fluent in Spanish, as you will work in many facets that are specific to the Spanish market
- You have nice social abilities, you can also explain technical stuff to non-tech people.
- Strong remote working culture

- French: for now, it’s our main communication and non-tech language. Therefore, if you are a french-speaker, that’s a huge plus.
