The Role
I am seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer on a contract/freelance basis to help us build our Minimum Viable Product. This is a remote position on a contract basis, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on an exciting new project.

- Develop and maintain the backend architecture using Ruby on Rails.
- Implement the front-end design with server-side logic e.g. Hotwire.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ensure the applicationβs performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus, etc.).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with GoogleAdwords API a strong plus
