As a part of the founding development team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, playing a pivotal role in shaping our CX SaaS solution. You will craft, refine, and optimize our platform using Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and efficient.

You will tackle challenging problems with creative solutions, from optimizing performance to implementing new features. You'll be fully engaged in on-site work, understanding that innovation doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5.
