About me

My name is Danil, and I am an engineering leader with 11+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in management roles such as Head of Ruby Development, Team Lead, and Backend Developer.

I have worked in leading e-grocery companies operating across 360 cities in Russia and three major cities in the United States, supporting large-scale, high-load production environments with 55+ million users. My background spans both product and custom development, monolith and microservices architectures, as well as startup and enterprise contexts.

I am passionate about empowering engineers, improving developer experience at scale, and building environments where teams can iterate quickly and confidently.
