About me

Hey there 👋

I’m a French engineering lead with 18+ years of experience building and scaling production software, mostly in the Ruby on Rails ecosystem.

I worked on banking and fintech platforms where reliability, security and delivery predictability were critical. Over the years I evolved from developer to technical lead, mentoring engineers, organizing agile processes and driving architecture decisions.

My strengths sit at the intersection of product and engineering: structuring teams, reducing technical debt, improving deployment workflows and helping developers ship faster while keeping code quality high.

I still enjoy being hands-on when needed (architecture, debugging, performance issues), but my main focus is enabling teams to deliver efficiently and sustainably.

I’m now looking for a Head of Engineering role where I can help align business goals, product vision and engineering execution.
